Straight answers before you start

What payment options are available in Schedule Me POS Mode?

A business can create one secure Stripe Checkout and either send its payment link or show its QR code. The same checkout can be used for a scheduled appointment or an immediate guest service, so the customer is not asked to pay twice.

Does an immediate customer need a Schedule Me account?

No. Website POS Mode includes an immediate-service guest checkout. A customer name and email can be added when useful, but an appointment is not required for the sale.

Which plans include customer payments and POS Mode?

Stripe-powered customer payments, payment links, QR checkout, and website POS Mode are available to eligible Pro and Business accounts after the business completes Stripe onboarding and enables payment collection.

Is website POS Mode the same as Tap to Pay on iPhone?

No. The current website POS Mode uses Stripe Checkout through a secure payment link or QR code. Tap to Pay on iPhone requires the installed Schedule Me iPhone app and is not part of the website POS experience.
