SCHEDULE ME
Terms of Service
The rules for using Schedule Me as a customer, business owner, independent contractor or team member.
Effective September 25, 2026
Using Schedule Me
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Schedule Me app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location. People under 13 may not create their own accounts. A parent or guardian is responsible for appointment information entered for a minor.
Accounts and security
•
Provide accurate information and keep it current.
•
Protect your password, device access and Face ID sign-in settings.
•
Use only accounts and business profiles you are authorized to manage.
•
Tell [email protected] promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
•
You are responsible for activity performed through your account until unauthorized access is reported.
Customers and businesses
Schedule Me provides tools for discovery, appointments, requests, waitlists, walk-in lines, customer records and business management. Businesses are independent service providers. They control their services, prices, availability, policies and work quality.
Customers are responsible for reviewing business information and arriving on time. Businesses are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments, protecting customer information, keeping schedules accurate and complying with laws that apply to their services.
Schedule Me is not a party to the service relationship between a customer and a business and does not guarantee that a customer or business will complete a scheduled service.
Appointments, waitlists and walk-in lines
•
A booking request is not confirmed until the app shows it as confirmed or the business approves it.
•
Businesses may reschedule, cancel, pause booking or close a walk-in line. Customers may use available controls to reschedule or cancel subject to business rules.
•
Waitlist offers and walk-in positions can expire, change or be removed as the business serves customers.
•
Walk-in proximity checks require location permission and do not guarantee service at a particular time.
•
Push and email notices are provided for convenience. You remain responsible for checking appointment and queue status in the app.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid Schedule Me plans are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. The price, billing period and included features are shown before purchase. Apple charges your account and applies its payment, cancellation and refund rules.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and paid access generally continues until the end of the current billing period. Restore Purchases can reconnect an eligible subscription to the signed-in Schedule Me account.
If payment cannot be completed, paid access may continue during an available billing grace period and then move to the Free plan when the entitlement expires. Plan limits and features may change for future billing periods after reasonable notice.
Business content and permissions
You keep ownership of business names, descriptions, logos, cover photos and other content you provide. You give Schedule Me permission to host, display, resize and transmit that content only as needed to operate and promote your published business profile.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or harmful content.
Customers can report or hide a published business from its profile. Schedule Me reviews reports and may remove content, unpublish a business or restrict an account that violates these terms.
Acceptable use
•
Do not misuse accounts, impersonate others or access data without permission.
•
Do not interfere with the service, bypass plan limits, probe security or distribute malicious code.
•
Do not use customer information for unrelated marketing or disclose it without a lawful basis.
•
Do not use Schedule Me for illegal, fraudulent, dangerous or abusive activity.
Availability, suspension and termination
We work to keep Schedule Me available but may change, interrupt or discontinue features for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We may restrict or suspend access when an account violates these terms, threatens the service or creates legal risk.
You may stop using Schedule Me at any time and may request account deletion from Account Security. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Schedule Me is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular business outcome, appointment availability or the quality of services provided by a business.
To the extent permitted by law, Schedule Me is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes may also be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use Schedule Me after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
