SCHEDULE ME
Privacy Policy
How Schedule Me collects, uses and protects information across customer and business accounts.
Effective September 25, 2026
Information we collect
Schedule Me collects information you provide, information created when you use scheduling tools, and limited device information needed to operate the service.
•
Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, phone number, account role and profile preferences.
•
Business information, such as business name, category, service area, address, services, availability, booking rules, team access, logos and cover photos.
•
Scheduling information, such as appointments, requests, waitlists, walk-in line activity, customer records, service notes and status changes.
•
Location information when you allow access. An optional business location, rounded to three decimal places, can be stored for nearby discovery and walk-in distance checks. A customer's current coordinates are sent for a one-time walk-in proximity check and are not stored in the queue entry or as location history.
•
Device and notification information, including an Expo push token, so Schedule Me can send appointment and walk-in alerts.
•
Subscription information from Apple and RevenueCat, including product, entitlement, renewal and expiration status. Schedule Me does not receive your full payment-card number.
•
Support messages, business-content reports and technical information needed to investigate errors, review safety concerns, protect accounts and maintain the service.
How we use information
•
Create and secure customer, staff and business accounts.
•
Publish business profiles and provide discovery, booking, calendar, customer, waitlist and walk-in queue features.
•
Send account, appointment, request, queue and security communications.
•
Confirm subscription access, enforce plan limits and restore purchases.
•
Prevent fraud and misuse, diagnose failures and improve reliability.
•
Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests.
When information is shared
Customers and businesses share information with one another when needed to request, create or manage an appointment, waitlist request or walk-in line entry. Published business information is visible to people using Schedule Me.
Schedule Me uses service providers to run the product, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Expo for app and notification services, RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions, Resend for email delivery, and Cloudflare for the website and domain. These providers process information for the services they supply.
Schedule Me does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Location, camera and photos
Location is requested only for nearby discovery and walk-in proximity checks. Customers can search manually without location, but joining a location-restricted walk-in line requires a one-time proximity check. Schedule Me does not use background location or store a customer location history. Camera access is used to scan QR codes. Photo access is used when a business chooses profile images. You can change these permissions in your device settings, though related features may stop working.
Retention and account deletion
Schedule Me keeps information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request account deletion inside Account Security. Deletion requests are scheduled for completion within 7 days and may be cancelled before processing begins.
Limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, tax or legal records may be retained or anonymized when required. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before they are overwritten.

Children
Schedule Me is not intended for children under 13 to create their own accounts. A parent or guardian may manage appointment information for a minor. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission.
